About The Builder

Colby Walter is the President of Keystone Construction and Development, Inc. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. From a young age, he learned about the home building and real estate industries by working with his father in the Salt Lake City area. There, he became a licensed general contractor and real estate broker. After graduating from BYU, and working for the family business for 6 years, he decided to put more of his college training to work in the commercial construction industry. He moved his family to California to work for Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer. After several exciting years working on projects ranging from high-rise tenant improvements in downtown San Diego, Shamu Stadium at Sea World, and Hotel/Casino work in Temecula, they decided to move closer to family and an environment better-suited for raising children. The Walter family has called Twin Falls home since 2007 where Colby utilizes his training and experience in the construction and real estate industries, and where they enjoy the lifestyle that Southern Idaho offers.
