About The Builder
Colby Walter is the President of Keystone Construction and Development, Inc. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. From a young age, he learned about the home building and real estate industries by working with his father in the Salt Lake City area. There, he became a licensed general contractor and real estate broker. After graduating from BYU, and working for the family business for 6 years, he decided to put more of his college training to work in the commercial construction industry. He moved his family to California to work for Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer. After several exciting years working on projects ranging from high-rise tenant improvements in downtown San Diego, Shamu Stadium at Sea World, and Hotel/Casino work in Temecula, they decided to move closer to family and an environment better-suited for raising children. The Walter family has called Twin Falls home for nearly a decade where Colby utilizes his training and experience in the construction and real estate industries, and where they enjoy the lifestyle that Southern Idaho offers.
